Mountaineering and high alpine tours in the Ötztal

The Ötztal and Stubai Alps are home to numerous peaks above 3,000 meters (9,800 feet). One of the most famous ones is the Wildspitze Mountain, which, at 3,798 meters (12,460 feet), is also the highest mountain of Tyrol. If you consider yourself a mountaineer, you should really try to make it up there and put your name in the Wildspitze logbook.
